Fantastic Four
Four Candy girls show you that opposites do attract. By Ana Gonzales

The Wall Flower
Lyka’s quiet, shy, and non-confrontational. She will never go against the rules, and you can never accuse her of being too friendly. She doesn’t like socializing with other people too much, but she’s a very loyal and trustworthy friend.

The Cool Rebel
Chai has lots of stories up her sleeve—from getting into trouble with her high school teachers, to all sorts of adventures and escapades. Intimidated by her? This witty gal will help you feel at ease by telling you a few hilarious jokes!

The Creative Chick
Ana’s the resident geek-slash-artist. She likes making her own accessories and doing outreach activities. She’s smart, sensitive, and a great listener, which makes her the perfect companion for those late-night kwentuhan sessions.

The Pop Princess

Marlene is the exact opposite of Lyka. She has tons of friends and so many extracurricular activities that it’s amazing how she’s able to juggle everything. This fun-loving, bubbly girl is multi-talented too—she can sing, dance, and act!

Friendly Advice
Three tips for friendship success

1. Accept
Never try to change each other. Lyka doesn’t have to bend her principles just to please her barkada. Marlene can spend time with other people and devote her after-school hours to her extracurricular activities, but that doesn’t make her less of a friend.

2. Adjust
Learn from one another—more importantly, bring out the best in each other. Lyka is always a good influence, reminding her friends to do their homework and study for exams, while Marlene convinced the rest to try theater and discover their inner superstars! Chai teaches everybody to let loose, have fun, and live life to the fullest, while Ana is constantly rounding up the gang to join her in her outreach activities.

3. Agree
Find common ground. The four girls share passion for journalism, good conversation, and coffee. They like hanging out in coffee shops and debating over everything under the sun. Make an effort to discover what you all love doing together and make that your regular bonding activity.
